The 24 regional planing commissions (PRCs) in Texas submitted all statutorily required financial, asset disposal, productivity, performance and salary reported to the State Auditor’s Office. Additionally, RPC’s audited annual financial reports contained the elements required by Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 391.
